Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We provide shipping to all locations across New Zealand, Australia, Canada, UK, USA and Asia. Shipping prices may already included on product price and Products will be dispatched from KP warehouse.

ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCT DELIVERY

Estimated Order Processing Time: 1-3 days for 80% orders. 3 - 5 days for all orders

Estimated Shipping Time: 7-11 days

Total lead time = processing time + shipping time

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER


Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Track your orders delivery status by following the instructions in the email.

If you do not receive a tracking number via email within 4 days from the purchase date, please email us at support@kidspacific.com

 

Additional Shipping Conditions:

  • If loss or damage occurs as a result of courier mishandling, we will not be held liable.

  • Orders will be delivered on business days only.

  • Signature may be required on delivery. We recommend you providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your order. Alternatively, your package may be taken to your local post office for collection.

  • During busy sale or promotional periods there may be delays in dispatch from KP warehouse and/or courier delivery.
