These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to KidsPacific web site located at www.kidspacific.co.nz and all associated sites linked to www.kidspacific.com by KidsPacific, its subsidiaries and affiliates. 

By using this site, you agree to the terms of this site.  

kidspacific reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. Be sure to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, kidspacific grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

Purchasing Online

All stock is subject to availability. Designs and colors may vary from those shown. The online store product availability may differ from the in-store product. KidsPacific is not responsible for any items that run out or are discontinued while displayed online. Please check the size guide to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.

Online promotions and in-store promotions are not always aligned.

All prices quoted are based on the currency location and include GST. Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice. Online store price may differ to other stores, it is only valid for online purchase.

When placing your order, please ensure you double check the size prior to payment to avoid any delay in processing your order.

Receiving Your Order

Please check your order against the packing list before opening or using the items. If there is any discrepancy, please contact Customer Service at support@kidspacific.co.nz and we will endeavor to respond to your query within 48 hours.  

Vouchers 

     1. Gift vouchers purchased online must be redeemed in the online store and can not be redeemed in our physical stores.

     2. Gift vouchers purchased in store can be redeemed in any of our store locations, but cannot be redeemed online. 

     3. Online vouchers can be used by entering the voucher code at the checkout. 

     4. Online vouchers are inexhaustible, and can be used for a number of purchases.

     5. Upon purchasing a gift voucher online, an email will be sent to the recipient with the voucher code.
